While I am not starting this BLOG to be a very active BLOG I am looking forward to some comments on leadership and Team interaction. As a part of my business that I have started as an offshoot of my time in the Army, I have been looking for additional ways to provide leaders with more knowledge of personality types and how they affect the interaction of those team members.
